I like the Odwalla bars, but I noticed today that they have 250 calories per bar and 7 grams of fat. Is this necessary for protein bars, or can someone recommend a decent tasting one that is not as fattening?

My mom made up her own recipe for homemade protein bars and she is thinking about selling them. What kinds of numbers do people who work out look for in a protein bar?
Carbs?
Protein?
Fat?
Sugar?
Fiber?

I need an easy to eat and easy to carry protein or energy bar that will provide me with at least 15-20 grams of protein, energy is good too but protein is my main concern. What are the best flavors and brands of protein bars that you guys have had? I am pretty picky with foods, but usually peanut butter and chocolate bars work well for me, but I am open to trying new ones! Thanks!!!!!!!
